“Inside all of us is a garden that needs to be nurtured and cared for. I’m learning to take care of my inner garden by giving it plenty of time and space to grow, lots of light, clean water and air, and pulling out the old thought weeds.” – Aaron Piland
About the Artist:
Aaron Piland is a creative visionary who lives and works in Portland Oregon, USA, planet Earth. Visual Art is his tool of choice to
communicate, inspire, and alter our perceptions of the world. He has a 7 year old son and they like to water the garden together.
He also runs a small art studio called APAK STUDIO, a collaborative art project with Ayumi Kajikawa. Their paintings have been shown in galleries and museums in Hawaii, New York, LA, Seattle, Portland, Europe, Australia, Japan and San Francisco.
