Caroline Harrison is an artist and illustrator living in New York. She works with musicians in heavy and underground music scenes, such as SunnO))), Dethklok, Pig Destroyer, Kool Keith, Inter Arma, KEN mode, Pyrrhon, Chat Pile, Artificial Brain, and Pile. She combines seemingly contradictory images to produce disquieting, chaotic work. Her drawings leverage the medium’s immediacy, its physicality, and its unusual relationship to our formational experiences with art. She loves the feel of a pen nib scratching paper.
