About the Artwork:

“There’s Not Enough Hours in The Day, and Other Excuses” is about the balancing act we all perform when trying to maintain any semblance of control over our lives. Its about attempting to juggle relationships with friends and family, maintaining a love life, a career, health and fitness, etc. It references the feeling of being a shut in, and how I can often feel like an unwitting participant in the world and how that reflects the use of my time and resources. – Josh Juett

About the Artist:

(Artist Bio)

Josh Juett is an emerging artist from Adelaide, South Australia. His work is mainly concerned with personal revelations depicted through objects imbued with obscure symbolism. He is passionate about creating work which demonstrates a high level of detail and reflects an appreciation for classical painting techniques. Juett couples these ideas with elements from pop culture to create work which is both thought provoking and fun.
