“An odyssey can also be described as a spiritual journey. A luminous odyssey, it is a revealing journey. An epiphany. Therefore, Vasalisa would be the wisest and surest choice. At least for my personal odyssey. Vasalisa completes her tasks with pain and dedication. She returns from the forest renewed, mature. Letting burn everything that should be left behind. Vasalisa is/was a vasal for my own intuitive journey. That’s why it was the only possible choice for this theme. At least for now.” – Ana Novaes
