About the Artwork:

The girl looked up as she floated far above the ground, hopeful, and yet society kept reaching out, trying to pull her back down in search of her body. But the girl knew that her body was gone; lost to the years of pain, of trauma, of anxiety, and judgment. Her being was taken away from her. All she could do was float aimlessly upon the wind. She had long ago given up.
