“Woven is in keeping with my ongoing series of work which explores the connections of all life forms and the cycle of life. Every plant, animal, and insect serves a role in the life cycle, together forming the delicate balance of nature. The human third eye in this piece refers to our connection to all of nature. The leaves extending from the eye, weaving around the privet hawk moth’s antennae, connect us to all flora and fauna.” – Amy Guidry
