About the Artwork:

Décima

Delineate, quantify, describe, and identify me

Pull me under, weave me over

My entanglements are simply matters of perspective

It is the space in between night and day,

That stark contrast that illuminates my way

To you, and in turn—

Your way to me

Enfold me in your arms,

And caress me with your gentle hands

For I am not happening to you—

I am happening for you
