John Sauer – Minneapolis based painter.

The goal is to capture the emotional and psychological aspects of modern life through narrative and a bit of mystery. My hope is that viewers are drawn to the work and find a personal meaning. My background in illustration has instilled a great sense of freedom to approach painting via a wide variety of themes and interests both highbrow and lowbrow.
