This illustration is inspired by Dante Alighieri’s Divine Comedy; Paradise Hymn II – “The other heavens, according to their differences, have for their purposes and their effects the distinct virtues that they carry within them.” Models: Stellar Jay, Raven, Stork and the April 8, 2024 Solar Eclipse.

Chloe is a pen and ink illustrator based in Eastern Canada. Her work is characterized by clean lines and fine detail. Whether using a dip pen or brush, India ink is the medium. Stories and nature are her primary sources of inspiration.
