Christian Orrillo is a self-taught peruvian artist. His work focuses on the magic of humanity and its relationship with nature, through the use of bright and iridescent colors he seeks to highlight the beauty that feeds the real and imaginary world. His style takes ingredients from different sources such as Japanese animation and marine life. In his universe, Christian portrays beings of humanoid appearance that are deeply connected with the nature of their own reality, with unique physical characteristics. His work points to an ideal future where the harmony between humanity and the universe is a reality and manifests itself in playful, serene and enigmatic forms.
