About the Artwork:
“This piece is a study on the regenerative properties of trees. Trees are able to grow back from their stumps, deriving nutrients stored in their roots and sprouting new life. A forest can survive natural disasters as long as their roots are strong. A fitting piece to start off 2021 as we reflect on the difficulties of the last year.” – Song Kang
