About the Artist:
Votive is a self taught illustrator and tattoo artist working mostly in Dublin, but sometimes in the middle of nowhere. She splits her time equally between creating art, reading, and staring at bees.
Her work is an exploration of dark folklore and mythology – rooted in the joy of nature but grasping for the underworld to be found betwixt and between the leaves.
