Marc Salamat is a Visionary Artist born and raised in Hagonoy, Bulacan, Philippines. He is a Bachelor of Fine Arts major in advertising graduate at Bulacan State University. After graduating, he worked as a Graphic Artist while painting on the side before he decided to pursue his career as a Full time Artist. Marc has have been in the art industry for more than a decade.
His artworks are usually a combination of a human form (exquisitely showcasing the muscles), nature and the cosmos. The idea is to depict that we–humans, share the same appearance beneath our skin and that all things are interdependent with each other. It is also colorful as a representation of how he views life. He likes to create art based on his personal beliefs, philosophy, and experiences. What he aims for as an artist is to explore and share the beauty and truth of being alive in this world. Marc wishes to spread peace, love and harmony through his art and the awareness that we are all part of an infinite universe, hence we are all connected.
