About the Artwork:

“THE SHELL represents somewhat at shamanistic ritual. It is a personal interpretation of connecting to the higher beings of the higher realms trough traditional shamanistic objects such as: a shell. Due to the intimate symbolism of shells, the artwork can also be understood as evoking of the Divine Feminine.

The piece is a hand drawing in pen and ink. It is enriched with many symbols (such as the swan, the all seeing eye, the unalome, shells and flowers).” – Marina Mika
