About the Artist:

Tegan Bellitta is a gallery artist, muralist and instructor based out of Philadelphia, PA. She graduated from Moore College of Art with a degree in illustration in 2003 where she is also currently teaches as an adjunct professor in the illustration department. Her time is split between teaching, gallery work and freelance mural work. In the mid 2010s, Tegan began showing at various group shows at galleries around the United States, with works concentrating on pop-surrealism and pop culture art. She enjoys working in oil, watercolor, and more recently gouache. All of her pieces feature wide color palettes with intense vibrancy in color through controlled light sources.
