About the Artwork:
“Last year, I couldn’t bring many of my ideas to life because I lacked the time. It wasn’t foreseeable that I would have been able to realize them in any other way. I don’t know where it came from, but at a certain point, I felt like my ideas were rotting away in my head because I simply couldn’t get them out. That kept me mentally troubled for quite a while. Later, I found comfort in the thought that my rotten ideas were not entirely gone or useless. I saw them more like compost – a nourishing ground for something new.” – Kristin Siegel-Leicht
