About the Artwork:

“Wild child, or the becoming of a wild child is a recurring theme in my body of work. Wild Child is the attitude of being the misfit, the unconventional, the unapologetic, the wild human facing the world with the utmost sincerity and energy, living every moment to its fullest, and being true to oneself free of judgements. Many people get stuck feeling sorry about the things that happened, the mistakes they had made, and the people they could not change. Sometimes we just need to be able to feel like a wild child again, move forward, and make wild brushstrokes.” – Raina Jia
