Ricardo Ales is an artist currently working and living in Portland, Oregon. He works primarily, if not exclusively for now, with birds as a subject matter and posts online via the moniker Bird Cvlt. Ricardo grew up in Southern California on a strict diet of candy, cartoons, and skateboarding, which he attributes heavily to the development of his surreal and illustrative style.
