About the Artwork:

Dying Sun

Dearest moon, oh, my moon
How sharp you cut
How cold you look

With the highest of tides
And the lowest of blues
Inundate my heart
Oh sickle of blooms

Although my time draws near
I relinquish all fear
And with my light fading clear
I will hold you, my dear
One last time.

Your brightest light
in this eternal life
