About the Artwork:
“This piece is my interpretation of the mythical beast known as Cerberus. This painting is also a continuation of my interest in using found textures and natural shapes to inform the unlikely anatomy of my characters and the world they inhabit. A recent trip to the beaches of Florida, yielded many treasures to add to my reference collection and spawned the inspiration for the design of this creature redux.” – Brendon Flynn

Brendon Flynn is an Illustrator and fine artist from Syracuse, NY. His life and art is inspired by, but not limited to: science, mythology, nature, monsters, the nature of monsters and quality footwear. He received his BFA in illustration from the University of the Arts in Philadelphia.
Brendon creates album cover and poster art for heavy metal and rock bands while spreading his questionable influence on gallery walls from coast to coast.
