“For ‘Pinky’, it is a monster with pink fur that just finished its dinner. The inspiration of this piece is from my cats. Most cats and including my cats are all cute and lovely but on the other side, you cannot underestimate their destruction power. This pink monster reflects the personality of my cats, which is they are all cute monster that can always surprise and fool you easily.” – Phoenix Chan

Phoenix Chan grew up in Hong Kong and moved to U.S.A. with her family when she was seventeen years old. Phoenix received her BFA degree in illustration with honors at Fashion Institution of Technology (FIT). She enjoys storytelling or anything that involves our imagination.
