About the Artist:

Russ White is an artist and writer based in Minneapolis, MN. He primarily works in colored pencil, striking a balance in his portraits and figure studies between photorealistic rendering and flat color abstraction. White earned a BA in Studio Arts from Davidson College, has been awarded three Minnesota State Arts Board grants, and has shown his work regionally and nationally in a variety of galleries and museums.
