Shiella Witanto is an artist currently based in Jakarta, Indonesia. She is an illustrator that has worked on many projects of diverse fields and styles, and is dipping her toes in expressing her own voice through gallery exhibitions. Her interests lie in exploring visual art as a form of play, exploring of colors, shapes, silhouettes in various media, while simultaneously drawing inspiration from her cultural heritage as a Chinese Indonesian woman and from her life experiences both in Indonesia and the United States where she received her education in the arts.
