About the Artist:
(Artist Bio)
Cory Boersma is an artist from Kalamazoo, Michigan. His journey with art began at the august age of five with his mother, drawing cartoon characters, and what was on the paused screen on the television. Cory never strayed from the world of art and made it his life’s work. At the age of 21, Cory began his tattoo apprenticeship and has been tattooing for 15 years. He enjoys mastering this craft as he continues to learn through sketching daily and creating fine paintings. He was featured in the Seattle Museum of Pop Culture in 2020 for his renowned name, and well-executed work across the city. However, his greatest passion is to create fine-detailed paintings, and hopes to transition into this medium more in the future.
