About the Artwork:

“For the human being there are still many unsolved mysteries, some of them outside our planet, others inside it, and others inside us. The microcosm and the macrocosm hide several mysteries, but perhaps there is a connection between them.

The mind helps us understand our reality, to discover the world through the senses, but what is it? What is it for? Perhaps this organ composed of neurons only helps us to process and understand our environment, emits the necessary signals for our complex machinery to function and helps us survive. But perhaps it is something else, perhaps the mind is an individual portal to other worlds, perhaps Through it we access the world of ideas that Platon raised, perhaps it is an antenna that emits and receives ideas in the form of signals and these are received by others, perhaps telepathy is possible, perhaps the soul rests there inside, perhaps Through the third eye we access information that is imperceptible to the senses, perhaps our spirituality is there, perhaps it is a portal to other universes, perhaps we just need the key.” – Diego Andrade
