About the Artwork:

Always mankind has gazed skyward with a mixture of awe and wonder, perhaps feeling the soul of the universe throbbing within.

One of humanity’s greatest achievements has been the ability to gain insight into other human beings. Whether it be by observing in silence or observing in speech, there’s a universal language through which the soul can flow. The soul manifests as a pattern of interconnected souls, with the most potent of those souls emanating empathy, and the natural desire for peace.

About the Artist:

Dasha Pliska was born in Odessa, Ukraine, where she currently still lives and works. In 2013 she graduated from the Odessa International University of Humanities in Graphic Design. Her hometown has largely shaped her world with its rich cultural heritage and fascinating architecture. Inspired mostly by nature and her surroundings, Dasha uses pencil and ink in a graphic style to not only create art that can change the way we feel about an idea, but to suffuse a culture with ideological disorder, and to shift the human heart.
