Title: ‘The Dandy Peacock’

Dimensions: 9″ x 5.5″
Framing: Framed in a vintage carved wood frame (frame size: 11.5″ x 8″)
Year of Creation: 2024
About the Artwork:
I’ve had this vintage carved, somewhat longer frame hanging around my studio for a while and it seemed like a long necked animal like a peacock would be a good fit for it. Peacocks in my humble opinion are already the fashionistas of the bird kingdom with their vibrant, ostentatious feathers and coloring. It seemed a natural match to pair one with some regency wear. – Cassandra Kim
